Bring in a picture or receipt with the price of the same item at a local store, including the commissary, and they match it. Also, they refill propane tanks. I have lived here for 5 years and i thought i had to go to the NEX garden center for propane; nope, they got it. Now if they could just get premium gas back at the pumps.
