  So far it's been enjoyable, however there's not too many staff members available to ask questions about how to use the machines... it's kind of "just look at the pictures" on each machine...pretty self explanatory?? Yes, for most but still would be nice to get special tips on... what's the best # of reps for beginners, or maybe how many lbs should a beginner start with so they don't hurt themselves,...even breathing...when do we inhale or exhale when using the machines to lose weight or build muscles?
