  We are so happy with American Carpet One. From our Sales Person, Jennifer, to our install team Jr, Chris, & Destin, we are beyond grateful for the excellent work. We had to renovate our apartment in a short amount of time, carpet and tile. Jennifer helped us with the entire project, helped us expedite it so that we could get it done within a couple weeks so that we could get our rental back on the market. There were some minor issues due to our building being on the older side (built before 1985), but Jennifer handled all of them and most importantly made sure that we were happy. Also during the install, Jr realized there was missing concrete, & was able to install a patch before putting the carpet over. Small details like that, we appreciate. If you are looking for a truly professional business to handle your carpet and floor needs, this company hands down it the right ones. We will use them again when we renovate our home !
