  City Mill is our neighborhood hardware store. I like to shop here because it is more convenient than Home Depot and Lowe's. You would think the big box store has everything. Here are a couple things that City Mill has and they don't. 1. Old style jalousie window tracks and glass assembly 2. Old style jalousie window hardware replacement parts 3. Old style 2 bulb light fixture with a curved rectangle glass cover.

  Went to return an item at the Kaimuki City Mill. Brandon, a cashier, was very helpful and even wrote my name correctly without my having to spell it out for him! I had no problem making the return. After browsing throughout the entire store, I found some things I needed, and when I went to pay for them, Brandon remembered me and thanked me by name. Good memory and excellent customer service!
