  These furniture are made in China/Indo China and not made of real wood. I bought a futon a while back and a support beam broke. upon inspecting the material, its not real but fake laminate. I was given the age old excuse that you here in Hawaii and since its imported it would take a few months to get a replacements for it. its been more than a few months and still and still no response concerning a replacement. I feel like it wasn't taken serious and a report was never written down. Their customer service when they want to sell you something is great but if you want support for the product you purchased you are treated like if they owe you nothing.
