  I read the other review and thought maybe I had the wrong company, but I do not. They must have switched managers, and people or processes altogether because my experience was the best. They came out, measured, quoted, and executed the install perfectly and was pretty quick from start to finish time wise. No complaints, and glad I definitely didn't get the same service mentioned in the other review or I woulda left too! Anyway, hope this helps someone.

  I too have encountered a similar experience with Essential Cabinets. From the start there was disorganization, to being misquoted, to not following the plans and making up their own measurements, not to mention their timing and promises to have things done by a certain date and it not being done. They dont follow up on calls either. I have been waiting for my cabinet doors for 3 months already and still there is no sight of it. Excuses! Excuses! If they cant handle the jobs they currently have, they shouldn't take anymore! So much miscommunication within the company too. The right doesn't know what the left is doing. On top of everything, I asked for a contract 3 times and after 3 months I still dont have anything in writing! I would recommend going to another company and avoid all the stress and holding up the rest of construction while they get their act together.
