  Extremely rude customer service. Completely ruined my Hawaii shopping experience. Only two registers were open having multiple staff sitting around talking when there was a massive line of customers needing to be served. Lady who served us made me want to punch her in the face, i've never been treated so badly at a store. It's a shame because forever 21 is a good store with good clothing and accessories, but with the rude service there i will not be going back.

  The cashier KERRIE told me she was signing me up for a loyalty rewards membership but what she actually did was sign me up for a damn credit card!!! She fraudgently opened a credit account without my approval!!

  I'm writing this as I'm watching two staff members point and laugh uncontrollably to a woman as she asks her husband if she looks pretty. Good job jerks. (P.S she looked very pretty.) Store itself is good for products, staff was good except for those at the dressing rooms
