  I just called to set up an appointment and the lady on the phone was EXTREMELY rude. I wanted to speak to the service tech PRIOR to dispatch so I could ensure he knew what to bring. She said, "You wanna call somebody else or keep the appointment?". When I said I didn't want to pay his hourly wage to drive up and down the hill to get parts he should bring along, she said in her very thick accent, "OK you gotta call somebody else". And hung up on me. I then read the other negative reviews and believe everyone of them. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS BUSINESS!.
