  EXCELLENT service!!! Alan is AMAZING!!! I contacted Alan hoping to have my ring resized (smaller), I told Alan the issues that I had with my ring spinning on my finger. Alan explained that the cost of resizing may not be worth it and that the issue could remain even after the fix, Alan was just so kind and that is when i knew that I had to have him look at it. Alan was AMAZING from the moment we walked in the door, he took a look at my ring while it was on my finger and again said that the repair may not make a difference, but he did his magic!!! I didn't loose any of the metal and it fits perfectly now and no longer spins! I will go to IRIDIUM for all jewelry related desires, we are sending our daughter and her fiance' there to have a custom engagement ring made! Highly Recommended Thank you again Alan!
