  DO NOT SERVICE YOUR JEWELRY HERE!!! Mom took her rope chain necklace here to get cleaned and got back a thinner necklace! The lady tried to argue with my mom saying that it's the same length--yes it was the same length but not the same thickness. It was so flimsy it broke not that long later. My mom had that necklace for ten years, she would know the thickness of it. I even pointed it out to her without her telling me..it was that obvious. Two years later I thought they've changed and gave them a try myself. I purchased a gold plumeria ring there, and asked to have a pearl added to the middle. When I picked up the ring, the band was not the width of the one I had originally paid for. It was a thinner band and the lady wouldn't hear it saying it was the same size so it must've been the one I purchased. :( Less than a week later the plumeria part came off of the band and when I took it back in the lady was upset with me accusing me of pounding the ring on a hard surface. Why would I purposely damage my own ring that I paid money for?! Totally sneaky people here with shoddy repair and bad customer service. Don't waste your money or jewelry here.
