  Went to this Longs to redeem a rain check we received from the Longs at Mililani Marketplace. The manager and cashier told my son and I that we couldn't redeem the rain check because they didn't sell the Melona frozen bars by the box, only individually. As you can imagine my son was very disappointed upon hearing this. They didn't offer any alternatives. We were later informed that by another Longs manager that they could and should've offered to sell us an equivalent number of individual bars at the price per box on the rain check. Very poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend this Longs to anyone.
