  I'm currently calling to transfer a prescription. Been on hold for 25 minutes. Took over 20 minutes to speak to anyone and then I was immediately put on hold. I called them 6 times yesterday and was never able to speak to anyone. Put on hold for over 5 minutes each time without even speaking to someone first. This isn't a complaint about the staff as I'm sure they are incredibly busy. This is a complaint about the company that understaffs their pharmacy so badly that it takes over 37 minutes for a simple prescription transfer (I just finished speaking to someone in the middle of this review). Very nice pharmacist but incredibly difficult to get ahold of. Been a pharmacist for 9 years and have never had to hold with another pharmacy for anywhere close to that time. If you're a patient with an urgent question, good luck. I have never written a negative review in my life. This was just ridiculous.
