  Went on line to get the deal of the day which was two belts for $40. The two I picked out qualified for the sale and they had my size. But when I went to checkout they came up with excuse it wouldn’t go through because they were doing inventory. Tried again later same thing. But when the sale was over I could definitely buy them at full price. Sent emails and after no response called customer service and they said so sorry but would you like to join the right fit club. Like what that’s it the nerve I would want to keep the customer happy. I call it false advertising. All this after I gave them great praise for the shoes I bought. I was a New customer and would think they would want to make you happy. Shop elsewhere. Spoke to another customer service rep and they made it right. So just need to speak to someone who knows what the right thing to do is. They put my trust back in the company.

  Don't recommend going there at all! One of the workers already saw us waiting there for 30 minutes and she helps the people behind us bcoz we didnt "sign in". Like seriously? Another thing is that the lady that did help us told us to "hurry up there's people waiting" when they literally just arrived and we just got helped. Really rude and disrespectful. Also I was very disappointed that they didnt have much variety of choices on the colors of the ties. They didnt even have nice solid ties that'll match my dress and it was a simple royal blue. How can you not have that? Seriously they need to add more and improve on their customer service.
