  Super helpful customer service! Went there for the Xbox one X. It has a very quaint and sleek feel that makes you want to stay there. Would recommend to anyone. Located on the 2nd floor of the Ala Moana mall.

  Super helpful customer service and nice folks. Knowledgeable and understand you need some time to make a decision. Love being able to work with items before buying and the classes offered to support. They will help with issues but they are NOT the folks who pickup the phone at corporate call center tech support; this is the storefront with a different phone number. NEVER order from the website. Solid products. Great people at this shop. Reasonable prices. Honors sales. No pressure but not invisible if you have any questions. Brinton is a total rock star; if you are in the shop, look for him. Free & plentiful parking. Love these guys!

  It is located on the second floor at Ala Moana shopping center (actually across the other side from the "other" computer/electronic store. The sales staff is always great; they're friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I love that you can actually see, touch, and use the items before you purchase anything. It really makes a difference when you can physically compare by using the device.
