  So I just left Ross at Ala Moana shopping center. The manager there was not cool at all. I picked up a glitter box with no price, an employee on the floor said she’ll leave it at the register for 99cents since no price on it.. after standing in a long line we end up at a cashier, she then says she can’t sell it for. 99cents and it’ll cost $4.99 since it’s an accessory.. I’m not sure what that means and said the (nice and helpful) gal should’ve have seen her first before telling us 99cents.. Turns out the cashier was the store manager. So sad when the store manager is like”oh hell no” I don’t care if there’s no price on it and one of my employees said a price that i don’t like.. I’m not here for customer service. What a Scrooge.. Merry Christmas..
