  My son, husband, and I like to come by on the weekends so that we can drool over all the nice cars. Every time we come in, the cars are different! Everyone there is super welcoming and friendly. Jessica, from the Concierge, is the sweetest! The first time we came in, she greeted us with a smile, gave us waters without asking, and inquired if we needed any assistance from a salesperson. She even took us on a tour of the whole building! She even remembers that my husband likes his coffee black, mine with 2 creams and a sugar, and my son - apple juice! WOW! Jessica also handles reservations for luxury rental cars and works with loaner cars in service. My husband brought his car in for service the other day and got a loaner car, but was too shy to ask for her. Lol! He worked with Case who was also really friendly and accommodating! They offer super personalized service here and we truly appreciate it. Thank you Jessica, Case, and the rest of the Velocity staff! We will be back!!
